Cookie Recipe Instant Vanilla Pudding makes   these cookies taste just like   Shamrock Shakes! Shamrock Shake Cookie Recipe 2 cups Butter 2 cups Sugar 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract  1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding 4 1/3 cups Flour 1 12-ounce bag Mint Chocolate Chips Cream butter & sugar.  Add eggs, vanilla and peppermint extracts.  Add baking soda and 1 package of vanilla pudding (The dry powder.  Don't make into pudding.) Add flour 1 cup at a time.  Add mint chocolate chips.
