I love Shabby Lane shops because it reminds me of a sweet old fashion town that I would love to visit and meander through all the shops. I like in a tiny town with no shopping and do so miss the meandering!
I just visited a shop I hadn't before- Misfit Rosey- I do love her faux cakes. Wouldn't it be fun to have one of those for Valentines!

I just discovered Shabby Lane Shops last week and have fallen in love with all the shabby chic and vintage decor/altered items. I am just now finding my artistic side and am looking forward to shopping in these stores. My favorite shops are the ones in which I kind find embellishments that I can use to make my own altered items (i.e. Vintage Nest).

I discovered shabby lane shops after moving to virginia last year and discovering that I love,love, love romantic, chic, and vintage things for almost everything in my home and life. Discovering this site, made me feel very warm inside, and I began to view it regularly for both ideas and purchasing products for my home and life.

I rediscovered your shops through my Romantic Homes magazine for February. I love your shops primarily for two reasons, I can find so many tea themed items. I collect tea cups, pots, sugar/creamer sets. I am absolutely in seventh heaven presently. Secondly, I am trying to find just the right gold framed mirror for my living room. Something shabby but not too-too. I found it in the vintage nest for $14.00. How lovely!

I love the "look" of SLS--so feminine, pretty...just beautiful! It is fun to look at your magazine ads--definite eye candy. The Thing I enjoy about all these shops is that you can find unique and special gifts for yourself, family and friends instead of just shopping the usual stores(chain Store) for gifts, that to me are very impersonial and I love to give gifts that show I really search out something special for those I am giving to.
